Are there any other costs?
Depending on the complexity of your program, you may have a set-up fee which includes creating your custom portal, location set up, survey creation, creative connection meetings and training your staff on the portal. Based on your user's or your program's intensity, you may have a monthly portal fee as well. We will discuss all of this with you prior to signing the contract so there aren't any surprises.

Why is reimbursement separate?
When we bill you and pay our shoppers, we keep the reimbursement amount separate as it works better for everyone for tax purposes. You can define how much of a purchase you are willing to reimburse for. Fun Fact, 83% of the time our shoppers often spend more than the reimbursement limit when it is enough to cover a typical purchase, but spend less when it is not set high enough.

Absolutely! We are here to guide you every step of the way. We start by listening to you and your team, asking some questions, and getting to know what your needs are. We can then start with a basic, generic survey and build on and customize it to suit your business needs, or build right from scratch.

Can I tweak my program mid-contract?
Yes, of course! We want to ensure that you are gaining the insights that you need to be empowered with information. If it is not working for you, we want you to edit it to ensure you are using it successfully. Minor revisions or updates are free of charge, major edits or re-do's may have a small hourly fee charged, but we can talk about that together.

Can we update locations and people?
For sure! We know businesses and franchises routinely have changes to who needs access to what and locations that launch and we are happy to make all these updates for you as they come up. We will even ensure that new team members have access to training resources once they are sent their credentials.
