Julie, our Director of Sales and Co-Owner.  Her career history is as diverse and colourful as her sparkling personality!  She has 12 years of sales and service experience.  She has held positions from bartending, clerical, insurance sales to management.  She knows the sales and service industry from both an employee and employer perspective.

Ben, our Sales and Operations Coordinator/Co-Owner.  A salesman extraordinaire!  He knows what our clients want, and gets the job done right the first time!  He lends to the company over 13 years of sales and service experience.  Meet him once and you'll see why it's an honour having him on our team!

Tara, our Resources Optimization Director.  Working mostly behind-the-scenes, she makes sure everything from paperwork to our web site runs smoothly.  Multi-talented, she also brings over 8 years of experience as a mystery shopper for various international companies.

Meet our Mystery Shoppers.  We contract only with the best!  Our shoppers are professional, objective and discreet.  We require all of our Mystery shoppers to be certified by our online training program.  Plus, we ensure our shoppers are properly trained to the specifics of your company prior to being accepted for an assignment.  Julie, Ben, and Tara also perform assignments.
